AGM (Saturday 14th May 2022)<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<p>SIR would like to thank all those who attended the AGM in Twizel. It was a productive meeting, with some minor changes to the Constitution agreed to, new projects outlined in the annual budget, adoption of the Masterplan Strategy document, and celebration of a full season of successful regattas (despite covid) which has left SIR in a healthy financial position.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-content-justification-center is-layout-flex wp-container-core-buttons-is-layout-16018d1d wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link\" href=\"https:\/\/ruataniwha.co.nz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/2022-Draft-AGM-Minutes.pdf\" style=\"border-radius:100px\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong> SIR 2022 AGM Draft Minutes<\/strong><\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting recognised the significant contribution of Pat McQuinn (CRA) who this year steps down from his role at Chairman after 8 years serving on the board, with three as Chairman.
