The Auditors have confirmed that the accounts will be ready to present at the Annual General Meeting to held in the MacRae Lounge, Meridian Rowing Centre, Lake Ruataniwha at 4pm on Friday 28th October 2022.
A discussion forum will take place at 3pm.
Afternoon tea will be available from 2.30pm.
