Given recent announcements about regattas, South Island rowing wishes to notify North Island Clubs that they are investigating the opportunity for North Island Clubs to attend South Island Club Championships.
We are inviting expressions of interest from North Island Clubs to race in limited events. The Women’s and Men’s Club and Open 4-, 4x & 8+ and Prem 1x, 2xs & 2-. We understand these are limited events, but they are events which we can accommodate additional entries without significantly increasing racing times on Saturday.
We are limiting entries to these events to provide opportunities for adult club rowers whose season ends at National Championships in three weeks’ time.
Those wishing to enter are invited to submit entries to covid@ruataniwha.co.nz by 2pm Monday 24 January and we will notify acceptance of entries by 6pm.
