The Annual General Meeting of South Island Rowing Inc. will be held on Saturday 14th May 2022 at 11am in the MacRae Lounge, Lake Ruataniwha.

Where are the draft agenda and the minutes from the last AGM?
I understand that the standard practice is to attach both the draft minutes and the draft agenda when issuing the notice of an AGM. (You may wish to confirm this in the latest “Incorporated Societies Act”)

The Draft AGM Minutes were circulated to the stakeholders on June 10th, 2021.
The Draft Agenda was circulated to stakeholders on April 13th as part of the official meeting notice.
